On the bottom right of the joint in your picture, it looks like there's space where you can see through the paper. Get something like a lolli pop stick, and before you tie off the end, tamp the weed down so it's all a tighter pack. The more even the pack, the better the burn.
Oh, yea, I see it now. I think I just squished the paper at that spot so it didn't distribute equally. I'll make sure to try this next time
