One of the really clutch features streaming sites have is an audio description track for shows that either aired with it or sometimes they have their own done specifically for streaming. I can't find any encoders that rip those tracks. Does anyone on any site do it?

From my experience, you'll have to find DVD rips for that. It's usually there in a DVD rip as long as the file extension is MKV (this is a file type for videos that have audio tracks and subtitles baked in)

As for stuff that's streaming-only, I'm not sure :(
