I think "fed" is typically used to refer to the 3 letter alphabet agencies, but as you are technically correct (the best kind of correct), I'll accept it

Who are the big 3 in your opinion? Cause for me its 4 ATF, FBI, CIA, and IRS. If youre curious why the CIA is in there its because Rednecks in my region associate them with Mormons and damn do we hate the polygamy cultists. Still better than the hypocritical pacifist cultists though.

I think they specifically meant that there are 3 letters in the names of each agency, not 3 agencies. That's how it's usually used.
