I stopped waiting a decade ago and just got the snip. Best decision ever.

Same. I can't describe the weight that came off my shoulders. Never having to worry ever again about having an accidental person feels fuckin great!

Seems a bit ouchies for me so I don't know if I'll ever do it

It wasn't bad in my case. Much less pain than say a dental appointment. Sore for longer after, but still not high on the list.
