I missed the part of the article that spoke about the assailants coming from upper class upbringings.
In fact the victim and assailants weren't named.
Where are you getting your information?
I lived in Kelowna twice, first in the 70s then again in the 10s. I saw it first-hand.
Basing an opinion on anecdotal evidence without all of the facts presented is a dangerous thing to do.
