Even if it's you + spouse + 8 kids, kids below a certain age don't need a phone and kids over a certain age should pay for their own damn phone.

Business should pay for that, not the person.
If it's a small buisness (10 people) the "business" is you.
If he's running the business from his personal account, he's doing it wrong.
