Oh it sure the fuck is. And also every fucking imbecile who provides excuses, cover, and interference for Democrats who fail to deliver. Making excuses for the bad-faith management on the part of Democrats is as bad if not worse than just outright supporting fascism, because it precludes us our ability to actually do anything to stop this rightward shift.
The Democrats are not your friends. They are not your buddies. They aren't even on your team, in-spite of their ever present marketing to the contrary. They use the fact that you think they are on your team and fighting for you to sit on their hands. Then the worms crawl out and defend their inaction as if its some forgone conclusion and they are merely victims of the environment that they find themselves in. They did not pursue Trump in any meaningful way that would disturb the system or the sensitivities of the neoliberal managerial class because they never intended there to be real justice. If justice came at the cost of upsetting the status quo of how power is brokered in Washington, then justice gets a back seat.
The rise of fascism, the failure of justice, the fact that Trump is coming back to power: Its 100% due to how Democrats have (failed) to govern, and failed to engage in a meaningfully democratic way.
Nope. Jack Smith did a good job. His boss Merrick Garland fucked it up by waiting way to long to appoint a special prosecutor. And Biden deserves some blame for that too in appointing Garland and it not wanting to appear to "interfere".

Even beyond that, they're all part of the same big club. Something like Jimmy Carter's funeral was a perfect chance to make a completely empty gesture and at least pretend that you're actually treating Trump like the existential threat to the entire US you kept claiming he was. But not only was he invited, Trump and Obama were casually talking and laughing with each other. It's all just empty theatre, both parties serve the same interests at the end of the day, the only difference is how overtly they systematically strip your rights away. They let each other be the boogeyman for their voters and then trade back and forth slightly undoing the last administrations policies but never fully enough to revert all of them.

The last 3 Dem presidents all raised tax on the rich and/or corporations. Why would you NOT vote for that?

Biden raised the minimum tax rates on corporations from 0% to 15%.
Harris was going to raise this rate even higher.

Trump lowered taxes on the wealthy by $4 trillion in 2017 Tax cuts and jobs act.. Next year, all income groups under 75k in the same 2017 legislation will pay more taxes because of Trump's Tax Cuts and Jobs Act according to the congressional budget office joint committee on taxation. Treason Trump has already indicated he is going give the wealthy yet another gigantic GOP tax cut.

Not one inch. I literally never claimed Biden did anything other than reduce the tax rate on corporations. Which are mostly owned by the wealthy, but are also too powerful in their own right.
I believe that raising (or lowering) taxes on the wealthy and/or corporations is literally one of the most important things if not the most important thing of a president's term. The reason for that is because wealth inequality if related to almost every other problem we have.
You can ask. Including asking for links. But when someone makes an assertion you can and should google that assertion to find out if it is true if you suspect it is not, rather than simply repeating a false claim.
Also keep in mind that you cannot depend on the media to point out what the important stuff is. The billionaire owned media buries any good stuff about Dems because rich people want gigantic GOP cuts and because journalists aren't any better at other people in focusing on what is important. That's probably why you did not know about Harris's 82 page PDF of policy proposals.
Then you should be a little more humble before making confidently false claims. I knew all of those things happened because I remembered them happening. So understand there are people who know more than you and aren't necessarily lying when they tell you something you didn't know.
I haven't edited one single word on this. You could confirm that by checking the edit history. I literally never said Biden raised tax rates on the rich. I always said he raised taxes on corporations. I know exactly what Biden did so why the fuck would I say he did something I knew he didn't do?

You don't get it at all. It's not about lowering taxes on the poor. I said that wealth inequality is linked to almost all our other problems. It is precisely because the wealthy want super low taxes that the GOP tries to keep spending low. We don't have universal health care because the wealthy want super low taxes. (ie wealth inequality). We don't have a decent minimum wage because wealthy people want to maximize profits on assets (ie wealth inequality). Almost any problem you name I can tell you how it is linked to wealth inequality.
Yeah garlan fucked up, Biden fucked up, Jacks name is on this, but he wasn't the person calling the shots. It could have been anyone else's name on the docket, but he got the short end of the stick. The democrats as an entity failed, absolutely, they aren't your friends, I agree, Mueller, Smith, aren't to blame for the collapse of the American justice system. That is my point.
