Just in time when there has been a lot going on about Paramount's deal with Trump and The Late Show getting cancelled! South Park may be going on for over 25 years, but once again they are more relevant than ever. When it comes to AI-generated videos, I don't think there will be good use-cases but it's enough for satirical purposes like this.

And he isn't making a convincing argument about why he hasn't done questionable stuff with Epstein. There is whole a lot more evidence suggesting that he has done pedo things with Epstein, and his reluctance to release the long-awaited files just adds to the impression that he is guilty. If he wasn't guilty, he wouldn't have any kind of problem with releasing the files, no moving the goalposts whatsoever.

Everybody's concerned of the Epstein files so Trump says "look, a squirrel!"

At this point in time Musk has been rather explicit about his far-right politics, therefore this is just a continuation. A continuation with terrible consequences.

For that audience they don't need to be funny, they have to be racist.

[-] [email protected] 99 points 9 months ago

This was also around the time when the public perception about Musk was different. Reddit thought of him as a "real-life Tony Stark", who put a car in space and is a little eccentric. That perception about him peaked on August 2018 when he appeared on Joe Rogan's podcast. Around 2020 he started to go deeper into QAnon-esque rabbit-hole, turning into the despised far-right wacko he is today. Of course he has been always an opportunistic hack.

Well, if anon thinks he is too late at 30+ years, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Anti-science has gained too much traction in recent years, I doubt USA will survive if H5N1 starts spreading from human to human.

"Medical freedom", the rallying cry for all kinds of grifters spreading disinformation and wanting to roll back the progress made in public health.

Zucc gives an impression of an android-reptilian hybrid, but he handles PR a lot better. And this is because he doesn't spout every thought that runs in his head on social media without filter.
