That's a civil case not a criminal. There are significant differences in civil cases being awarded vs criminal convictions. A majority believing something happened vs every juror believing something happened beyond a reasonable doubt.

Idk why this criminal is allowed to go anywhere really. He's still showing up to public venues as if he isn't a terrible person that has negatively affected all of our lives.
