I watched his video doing a walkthrough of the damage yesterday. It's really sad. Not just his collection of all this stuff that he is so passionate about, but his whole house. So much damage caused by nature. I hope he's able to get things back to semi-normal soon.
I have no clue how he's this quickly been able to have such a positive attitude and sense of humor about it. I'd be despondent in his shoes.
I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised; Clint always brings such enthusiasm and positivity to his videos. He's a go-to when I'm sick. He's like chicken noodle soup in video form.

Yeah, that’s absolutely what I am saying. Its nowhere even near the coast where a hurricane is ever a serious concern besides some gusts and a few inches of rain from one and even then, you’re thinking of that much closer to the coast.
The people affected by Helene aren't in hurricane territory

Your problem are not falling trees, but flimsy houses! A concrete or steel structure would have cut that tree in half. The roof tile would have been damaged but that's cheaper to fix.
can't say i would argue! but when all the houses are that way, i can't really buy a concrete/steel construction house in any normal price range
