I know we're informally calling Luigi Mangione the Adjuster, so that makes sense to me. But what "The Adjuster" are people picking Luigi for in this meme supposedly? Is there a video game where the main character is an Adjuster?
They probably mean that they use pictures of Nintendo Luigi in memes about the shooting (in place of pictures of the human Luigi), not that people select Luigi as a character more often in a certain video game.
