Idk how magic fits in here, since Teleport is typically a part of magic.
I will use it to fix the world buy making a lust for power and greed to the detriment of humanity a death sentence. My super hero name can be Incentive. I will make it my duty to make sure that the ruling class finally has a proper incentive to do what is right. I'll be like if Kira from death note wasn't a moron.
Teleport is creating wormholes, that's science, not magic. I'm an adult I think.

Immortal, invulnerable, magic.
Magic would probably enable a lot of the other things on that list, and having unlimited time to practice it, you could become a demigod in, to you, no time at all.
Does sub-mariner come with flight and super strength or is it owning an actual submarine?
It would be kind of hilarious if all of these were actually fully achievable in real life.
Magic is just close up street magic, if you select divine powers, someone offers you a job at the local cathedral. Radar sense, a box from amazon with some radar parts literally shows up on your doorstep.
I think I'd go immortal, phasing/ghost, shapeshifter.
Can't die or age, can't be caught, and can turn into whomever/whatever.
Unarmed combat + necromancy
I mean, Magic is just "all of the above".
Teleport - force field - healing
Pretty much nothing you couldn’t do and get away with it. Go anywhere and nobody could stop you. Healing seems redundant with force field, but I assume you’d have to turn off the force field to do some things which would leave you vulnerable.
Radar sense, submariner and radiation. I'm about to go defend Greenland mortherfuckers!
Teleport, invisibility, and psionic as long as that includes mind reading.
Super hearing, super sight, sub-mariner.
The most op power in my eyes is super speed. You basically get infinite, on demand mass, strength and endurance, and can (assuming you can go really fast) time travel
That being said, the only super power I'd ever want is the ability to create fast-acting hormones of my choosing, with my nails acting as syringes when willed to be able to inject or secrete them
