Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Wednesday accused Russia of planning a major terrorist campaign against aircraft. "I can only confirm that Russia planned acts of air terror, not just against Poland but against airlines across the globe," said Tusk during a meeting with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

I believe they'd plan it. I don't believe they'd go through with it. They saw the US response after 9/11, and Europe's near ready to go anyway.

Russia already did this but it was things like exploding batteries introduced into the system via shipping companies. Tusk makes it sound like second 9/11 to get rally around the flag effect before upcoming elections.

Russia has been doing a lot of hybrid war shit lately, even if you disregard the civilian airliners they've shot down, so I find it at least plausible that they might plan things like this
