You know what's really cool?

What happens is, you see the dog. You smile at the dog. The dog gets excited/happy.

Now you're both smiling and happy.

Usually, this attracts the attention of the human/s in the car, and they smile and get happy.

So, instead of a couple of miserable assholes glowering at the cars in front of them, there's now this impromptu little happy pack.

I know there's always people that have a pet peeve about dog hype, but fuck them lol. Dogs are one of the few reasons to not give up on humanity. They're a goodness beyond measure.

Got stuck in traffic next to a trailer of racehorses. I turned up my music super loud and rolled down all the windows. I started dancing and the horses swayed and bobbed their heads. 100% the outcome I had hoped for but wasn't expecting

I was gonna ask why, but the dog doesn't have wind blowing in his face. Still, the dog is happy to see other people.

Just remember: you aren't stuck in traffic. You are traffic.
