In Kansas on Saturday, Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) stood up and left his own town hall after a voter asked how the GOP can support mass firings that have impacted thousands of veterans.

I hadn't seen that video. Holy shit! He literally turns tail and gets out of there.

And that veteran was legit! I want him to do exactly that to every Republican. It was solid

He's trying to claim that he has to get to another meeting, and they're shouting him down, "You're not done!" "You have another hour!"

That has to be the most spineless thing I've ever seen, and the Republicans have been competing fiercely in that bracket for years

It's rare to see Dems not acting like complete idiots.

Good on them.

Wouldn't it be great if some of some of these people actually get wise to what's actually going on? That guy sprinting out the building should help some. I have my issues with many, many basic bitch democrats but the one thing most of them always tried to do was help veterans while GOP turds always tried to cut benefits.

I always thought if you served and especially if you were wounded, you should get some extra benefits or at the very least get humane treatment from the country you served.

Walz is very clearly just a good guy. He wasn't as polished as Vance in their VP debate, but the debate format gives undue legitimacy to populists and fascists anyway. He reminded me of teachers I'd had in high school, and I'm sure he was an awesome coach.

The fact that he also obviously has some support from corporate Democrats could mean he has a chance to get the party behind him too

He should've ran on the president ticket, there might actually been a chance.

Trump voters will stay trump voters anyway. He really could shoot someone on the street and nothing would change.

You're probably right.

But, if they cause a recession and people start getting laid off en masse? They're already forcing prices higher, laying off thousands of govt employees, and are poised to cut safety net programs.

It'll be either Biden's or Elon's fault, depending on how deep in the conspiracy hole the person is. Trump will be blameless.

If only the Tzar/Führer/Trump knew!

Not quite. Offer them change and many will vote for you. It's the reverse of the Bernie-Trump pipeline.

Yes. I know Trump diehards who voted for Obama—twice.

There’s just a whole lot of people who don’t feel “seen”—who feel like the government is full of people working in anyone interests but theirs.

You nailed it. This dissects the thing better than any article I've ever read.

How Half Of America Lost Its F**king Mind

Why do you think that piece is saying? I read through it and can’t figure it out other than misdirected anger.

So now we have Walz and Sanders doing the work that the entire assholes in the dem party should be up and doing. Like, I love watching Jasmin Crockett yell at Republicans and all but I'd rather see her, AOC, and my asshole congressman go talk to the rabid Trumpers like Walz and Sanders are doing, instead.
