Good morning, fellow sobernauts, IWNDWYT 😁!

We may be anonymous strangers on the internet, but we have one thing in common. We may be a world apart, but we’re here together!

Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! I’m pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same.

Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol!

guardian went away for the day/night, left a bottle and a half of chardy in the fridge. now, trying not to mistake malice for ignorance, but it's possible it's a test. either way I'm very uncomfortable and it just keeps popping into my head. it's nowhere near enough, would just start the fire and reset my 2 weeks tomorrow. nope. please pray for me if you can. took my meds early, like 2pm so I could sleep til my sponsors awake. messingwith my sobriety and routine. not good.

Is there someone you can call to take it away?

yes, but my sponsors up and about. I should be ok knowing I can call whenever

Good stuff. It may also be worth asking the guardian why they did that when they come back, because at best it seems a remarkably thoughtless thing to do, and at worst, actively malicious and cruel.
