Ah, I see the problem. That person should have bound the cop into a contract before he took action, so that he couldn't have completed arresting them and towing their car. Rookie mistake!

When you have a minor infraction and immediately go for the insanity plea.
Idk, I could almost understand that as english, least crazy sovcit so far.
Basically the “I didnt hurt anyone, so you don’t have a case against me” defense.
My 5 year old nephew uses that defense often.
It's like when I used to cover my eyes so my cousint couldn't see me when I was 4 so he wouldn't tickle me.
There's definately a line that crosses into hoa territory. Hoa's are basically sov cits in reverse.
