I have mostly seen reviews saying just to buy PC1. I was mildly tempted to do PC2 because of the water rides, but listened to the reviews. Wonder if they'll eventually change their tune with more updates or not.

You could always wait for a Steam sale for PC2 and enjoy PC1 for now. :)
