Be careful claiming “unvaccinated adult”. Some adults were vaccinated in their childhood and it’s possible that they still need a booster.

Gee I wonder if there's a reason there hasn't been a concerted effort for measles boosters in the past few decades in the USA.

Measles was declared eliminated from the United States in 2000 by the World Health Organization due to the success of vaccination efforts.
