While I agree with it on principle, I disagree on the State forcing children not to own phones. It should be up to thr parents

I think focus should be on nudging parents instead of dictating, but honestly parents are failing at raising their kids without smartphones and healthy screen time.

I would rather settle for massive information campaign and reaching out to influencers to promote a lifestyle. Make it a social stigma where parents are made to feel shame for allowing kids smartphones.
