What plan? Democrats and Republicans are just two different interfaces for a single government cast of the USA owners. They don't care. They won't be fired or something. Democrats will continue to get high position roles. All is good for them.

If I wanted to improve the USA, I would add pizza to education. I guarantee that Americans would love education in no time. Solve the problem? Piece of pizza! Done the exercise? Sip of beer! Education is cool!

Ukrainian here. We know about huge amount of Russian high-rank officers who were born in Ukraine and have living in Ukraine relatives. And still those officers obey their orders.
