It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.
Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.
While Rad is a pretty popular brand, I could never consider getting one of their bikes because their warranty sucks. Max 2 years, no matter the component (including the frame).
The company doesn't even seem confident in their own product with that kind of warranty.
