Wow.
What the fuck, guys. We are watching this happen in real time. This is insane. This is the descent into fascism. This is the textbook case. It’s just happening. People are just letting it happen. Nobody does anything. I don’t even care about Biden - this is about the precedent for targeting the families of political opponents by withholding reasonable security for a former rather public individual, as a literal gangster tactic of “withholding protection”. Except it’s the government. The government is the mafia. What the fuck.
If our country weren't so large and spread apart, I'm sure we could have a meaningful protest. But all of those who want to protest are spread out across thousands of miles. This is new to history. We have nothing to look back on for advice. And most Americans can't just take a few days off of work to go protest on the other side of the country. And nobody cares about small or medium-sized protests spread out throughout the country.
