The AP documented 59 incidents in which European governments, prosecutors, intelligence services or other Western officials blamed Russia, groups linked to Russia or its ally Belarus for cyberattacks, spreading propaganda, plotting killings or committing acts of vandalism, arson, sabotage or espionage since the Feb. 24, 2022, invasion.

Assign Russia as a hostile country.

Confiscate its all assets in Europe, including assets belonging to oligarchs.

Issue arrest warrants for everyone linked to the acts of sabotage, starting with Putin, through the entire leadership of GRU, down to the individual officers masquerading as "diplomats". Arrest these without immunity and deport these with.
