Rise of a dual state? Ive been alive a fairly long time, there has always been a dual/tri law system. We have always known that there is a group of people that the law does not work on. We certainly have our own idioms and cultural awareness of that fact. There were some riots a couple years ago about how fucked the justice/legal system is and now there is talk about pardoning Chauvin.

Building a dual state need not end in genocide: Vladimir Putin’s Russia and Lee Kuan Yew’s Singapore have followed the same model of the dual state that Fraenkel described, though neither has undertaken a mass-killing operation as the Nazis did.

No, Putin definitely has. Read some reports from Ukraine, and this is obvious. Or look up how Putin came to power by getting government agents to bomb apartments, so he could later claim to have defeated the terrorists.

Definite Nazi vibes with Putin.

What? The Chechens invaded Dagestan so the 2nd Chechen War would have happened regardless if the apartment bombings (that may or may not have been a false flag) happened or not.

No, Putin definitely has. Read some reports from Ukraine, and this is obvious

Well by your definition, Ukraine is Nazi as the current maidan regime got into power by conducting a false flag operation where pro-maidan snipers shot their own protestors and then blamed it on the then government in order to incite public backlash against Yanukovych.

False Flag has been confirmed by several hundred witness testimonies including wounded protestors, 2,000 videos, 6,000 photos, and 30 gigabytes of radio intercepts.

After their takeover, they went on to crack down on the anti-maidan movement such as by conducting the Victory Day Massacre at Mariupol where they shot unarmed protestors.

And in Kursk oblast during the recent conflict, they loaded up the local populace onto trucks and drove to mass graves where the people were then shot into.

Still at it with the "trust me bro" Putin apologism shtick I see. Nobody cares and nobody here will believe you without compelling evidence which you fail to provide every time. Just zip it.

Do you want footage of the Mariupol Victory Day Massacre and other events? Many of my videos regarding Mariupol are often just different angles of the same event which decreases likelihood of the footage being falsified.

Want footage of the Maidan sniper massacre? All organized and perused by a Ukrainian who teaches at the University of Ottawa? He was kind enough to also publish his paper on this subject (PDF)

Want footage of Ukrainian crimes in Kursk Oblast?

I can give you all of this in PMs, you only need to ask.

Ok I'll bite.

Want footage of Ukrainian crimes in Kursk Oblast?

Could you please send me that?

"The Chechens somehow did it with explosives ONLY the Russian government had access to!"

haha, no bud.

...and also, massacring and invasion force is called winning. Ukraine is just defending her territory.

It's obvious who the Nazis are - the ones who have talked about invading Poland (eg. Russia).

Imagine trying not to look like propaganda whilst your opening argument is "it would have happened anyways, you're the bad guy, I'm going to make up what you're saying!"

Learn how to hold a discussion without immediately jumping into accusations and false claims.

The Chechens somehow did it with explosives ONLY the Russian government had access to!

The Chechens created a dirty bomb with cesium, they are far more sophisticated than you give them credit for.

Meaning this is not a good argument of the apartment bombings being a false flag, there are far better arguments that you could have made and this is the one you chose?

90s Russia was a shithole, a Japanese death cult got their hands on Russian scientists and hinds.

Heck the CIA believed that the Chechens procured Russian suitcase nukes.

I was just stating that even without the apartment bombings, Putin’s position would be secured.

and also, massacring and invasion force is called winning. Ukraine is just defending her territory.

No, loading civilians onto trucks and then massacring them is not massacring an invasion force but just murder like what Russia did in Bucha.

Going mask off?

It’s obvious wgo the Nazis are - the ones who have talked about invading Poland (eg. Russia).

Your entire argument is reliant on media pundits?

[–] DarkCloud@lemmy.world 2 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago) (1 children)

You're not even talking about the right event/explosive. No, it was not a dirty bomb of cesium Putin used on the apartments. Randomly talking about Japanese deathcults? Are you a bot?

If not I recommend you take some time away from the Internet. Find your real life concerns again, get back to life. Good luck! 🙏

[–] NimdaQA@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

You’re not even talking about the right event/explosive.

Yes I am aware, I was using that as an example that the Chechens were more sophisticated than you say they were.

If a random ass death cult can get their hands on Russian military equipment, then the Chechens could easily get their hands on such explosives.

That is all I was saying.

some of us here are not watching because we have been living in a dual state and anyone who has had to deal with our legal system will say the same thing

[–] limer@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 days ago

Tri-state allows us to have the unjust legal two state system, while now being yanked out of court altogether for fun and games.

The way it normally works is that at first, the people bring yanked will be only the occasional political protester, or some other rare thing. Most people will never have to deal with this.

But it gets worse, it always gets worse every time this develops, and it is hard to undo.

But even when it’s worse, most people will not be switched over, but the fear of that happening will persist.
