Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

Spoiler alert: “Top Republicans” will bottom for Trump and take it with zero resistance like they have for almost a decade. They have no pride, loyalty to country, or actual power.
They sold their souls to the devil and won’t do anything but complain about it privately while supporting and voting for treason publicly.

It's just a lie anyways, it gives them plausible denial when the public screams.
If only you’d grow some balls and compel the Executive Branch to somehow keep you IN the loop. I wonder what that might look like?
But some would like a heads-up on office closures, staffing cuts and other changes that affect their constituents.
That's just so they know when to stop taking calls.
But this has always been the plan. The GOP have wanted this for years. If they still bother pretending to care, any outrage you see will be purely for performance.
