I’m so excited for camping out! From camping for the Wii with my future wife to the Wii U and Switch with a great friend, I’ve created some great memories along the way.
Switch battery aside, multiplayer in line should be a hoot! I wonder if I should bring a projector to cast onto a wall!
You should stay home. Everything the Switch 2 has shown me has been disapointing. I WANT to like Switch 2. I just don't.

I get that not everyone is excited for a sequel system that is a massive pile of money. I also get that piracy talk is a lot of commenters’ only interest. I’m excited and enthusiastic. Why not make your own comment chain instead of jumping on one that clearly has a different vibe than you are going for?
Also, can you explain the Switcheroo joke? It’s like the idea of a bait and switch, right? I’m trying to figure out what you felt you were promised that now leaves you feeling like this is a switcheroo.
I'm more stoked for the launch day games to be pirated and fully functioning on the current emulators because it's not actually different hardware/architecture compared the the switch.

Someone should notify Nintendo. They went through all the trouble of emulating Switch software on the Switch 2 hardware. Had they known it was the same architecture they could have saved themselves the trouble.
The great thing about USB-C is that it's so easy to charge anywhere. Get a power bank or two and you should be good to go.
I'm probably gonna wait for a lite version. I mainly play the switch handheld anyway.
It's kinda crazy that "THE" launch title for S2 is Mario Kart. I get it's sold like gangbusters on Switch, but I thought for sure DK Bananza was going to be a launch title. Ends up it doesn't come out for a month after S2.
Is this the first Nintendo console (outside the NES) to launch without a Mario or Zelda game?
