What the other comments don't see is how clean it is. No major trash. The tags look well done. The bikes are in one piece. Even the giant magenta penis on the left seems well maintained.

Ah makes sense, I was almost gonna say France but something was not quite right about it. But the "carrote" on the right is a big giveaway.
