I saved a box turtle! By distracting one of the out door kitties so she could walk away slowly.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. TURTLE

Fun fact: box turtles are so named because their shell has a hinge! All turtles can retreat into their shells to make it harder for predators to get at their squishy bits, but box turtles can also then close the opening of their shell over their head. Like a box.
