he already does, thanks to the most corrupt supreme court in the United States.

those conservative supreme judges are singlehandedly responsible for the end of US democracy.

we can blame lots of other people, but if just one judge voted according to the constitution, Trump would be behind bars and liberal democracy (and all its issues) would still be trudging along, discretely pushing poor people money towards billionaires.

Trump clearly has the political capital to order Congress to nullify the Tiktok ban and doing so would help avoid most of the political fallout from doing it in this fashion as well as reduce the risk of the courts blocking it; so I wonder why he won't.

They're literally pushing him forward; it was surreal to watch Schumer pressure Trump into an escalation w Iran.

Things are TRULY fucked if Trump is the level headed one in any situation.
