All the stuff on media suggested it was an open and shut case, but Merrick Fucking Garland declined to proceed with the prosecution on the basis that Gaetz's wingman Greenburg, and the un-named minor child were unreliable witnesses. It was a federal case, but maybe there were state implications too. Regardless, it was yet another massive failure by Fucking Garland, who definitely politicized the DoJ, regardless of his BS "without fear or favor" BS speech. Fuck him!
