I feel that, here's all the finished pages I have of a comic I started work on 2 years ago.

obviously some part of what you make has to be good for people to get into it, but it very obviously doesn't all have to be amazing (or even particularly good) for it to be enjoyed. You can straight up be the ideas guy and just have someone else make it look good, that's the whole job of writers and storyboard artists after all.
