I recently got a scary letter in my mailbox about some tax filings from a couple of years ago, telling me I need to respond immediately. Well, I naturally did not do that out of panic and worry. But when I finally did, I realized the government was trying to give me back my money. Yay. 🙃 I hate this teeter dance so much.
In 2021 my government sent out vouchers (that you could exchange for cash) to help with the energy pricing crisis after Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine. I knew I'd be getting that letter and what would be in it. Then I got it and forgot to open it, to this day. 500€ down the drain. That's like 20 hours of work for me.
I feel personally attacked
I also do not like having my volume or my AC set to an odd number...
Unless it ends in 5... Which as we all know is the even-est odd number.
7 gets a reprieve too, because it's the coolest number.
Does anyone else here like setting it to prime numbers? Even numbers are so boring. Also, prime numbers are prime in every number base, while the concept of even numbers doesn't translate.
Prime all the way for me too; cruise control, volume, temp settings, PIN numbers, etc.
For me it's the itchy clothes. They really drive me crazy.
I had to pause work today because it was the wrong kind of noisy.
