It's a production company that has made movies you've probably watched or have definitely heard of (e.g. True Grit, newer Mission Impossible movies, Top Gun Maverick), but more importantly, it's run by Larry Ellison's son, David. As in Larry Ellison the billionaire who founded Oracle and is consistently somewhere in the top 5 richest people globally.
So the answer is having a stupid amount of money to throw about, as usual.
