Actually it tastes like beef but with a smooth texture.
Yes, its a soft chew and quite good. I've only really had it in lengua tacos, but I would be all over this.

Yes. And most people are not socially conditioned to be able to enjoy it.
I have to admit, the tongue cutlets freak me out a little bit. (I love eating tongue, gizzard, feet, etc...) Maybe I'll try it!
