Mumbo jumbo

Typical "we know this feature is asked many times, but it not on our priority/ it is not planned"

I’m not criticizing open source itself, but I think this highlights a common issue in open source software, one that distinguishes widely adopted projects like Blender from others. Successful open source software tends to reach users beyond just those within the open source movement.

I know some might disagree, saying that these developers work for free, but that’s not the point here. Software is created for users, and if a developer declines to implement a feature requested by the user base, many will simply return to proprietary alternatives—like Adobe Photoshop or Photo Pea, in this case. This leaves these open source projects feeling like “second-class citizens” because they lack the specific features users need.

They are horrible people, you wouldn't believe that shit I experienced there as a child. It seriously impacted the way i look at that island permanently.

Just to clarify, I am laughing at what the person said at the start of the video about Linux. Not agreeing with them.

"And I love how the gif included was correct and almost perfect English, but every time it's quoted there's a different writing error." XD

"I actually prefer Windows over Linux as a foundational system—I just don't like the Microsoft BS put on top of it. I think Windows is simply an easier and more straightforward system.

Trying to get non-tech-savvy users to go through a long, complex install process? Come on. A lot of people on the internet forget that when most users get home, they just want to pay some bills, watch some YouTube, play a game, or do something simple and then get off the computer. They don't want to sit there dealing with a bunch of complex setup steps."

Amazing every word of what you just said was wrong

verb

Obsolete form of divide.

Is a age that is both full of, and devoid of opportunities. I feel like being a adult is just lying about how much you have your shit together to people who also lie about having their shit together. After we got out of college, we are just going to sit in front of a computer like the generations before us for the rest of our life, with the only difference of be paided less then them. I don't want to be like this. I want my life to be more then this. I want to go out explore and change the world. When we gen z first comes to high school the world seems full of opportunities, we imagine us achieving great things, but not one of us could have imagined the entire generation having a mid-life crisis at the age of 18.

To all the Gen Z, and in the future, Gen Alpha. Welcome to the 2020s, welcome to late stage captalism.

I’m planning to buy my first car, but I’m seeing a lot of brands implementing policies that seem to take advantage of their customers. Things like requiring extra subscriptions for basic features, tracking driving habits, and forcing unnecessary data collection have me worried. Are there any car brands out there that don’t engage in these types of anti-consumer practices? I’m looking for a reliable company that respects its customers in the long run. Any advice would be appreciated!

"I'm the man of God here". How far up your own ass do you have to be to say something like this

I recently bought a IdeaPad i5 slim laptop, it works fine until I dual boot it with Linux, it cannot detect any kind of HDMI external display, I have tried 2 monitors and a TV and have no luck. And also there is weird behaviour where the Laptop will not use the external display while booting and only show the Lenovo splash screen on the laptop screen. And only switch to using the external display when Windows arrive to the sign in screen. This info maybe helpful
