It is not possible at all. No one familiar with German law and culture think this. This is not a talking point I have ever heard discussed seriously. There ist probably hundreds of reasons why it could never happen. Our legal framework ist very strong and we have a strong civil framework of resistance in case something goes in that direction.

Study liberal arts for free while getting bafög or a side job to pay for your living costs. I think that's more what the post is about. And there are also tons of grants.

Yeah laws or very specialized tools/Maschines can get crazy, but I think our lawmakers are also trolling sometimes with the long titles.

The most german thing is to read that no problem at the first try. But our language is cheating with the combining words thing.

Thank you. That explains so much. I hear this "towing stuff" reason so often and I could never figure put what huge things people think they need to tow that isn't possible with a normal car.

Have americans never heard of a trailer? It's made for that exact use case and you don't have to lug it around for years for the one time you need to use it. They are also super cheap to rent.

Lol this would actually be legal in germany. If you are severely disabled you can get a prescription prostitute paid for by your healthcare provider. Makes sense if you ask me, everyone need some human connection.
