Does radar get line of sight blocked like that? I thought it was more based on the overall shape, not just the visible sections.

Maybe if the US is kicking Ukraine out of its sphere of influence, China thinks they can get it into theirs? I wonder how that'd effect their relationship with Russia, since they've been benefiting from cheap oil.

The decoy drones would need to be emitting too, or it'd need to stop emitting for a while once the missile gets close. But that is a pretty good idea.

Wouldn't the break be the same/similar as a moving tail on the F22? Does it's position in the front make a difference?

What's the problem with canards and stealth?

Problem is that makes the growler a huge target. It can't really hide when it's emitting so much. It can be somewhat further back, but it'll still need to be pretty close to the action to be effective jamming.

Oh yeah, I remember now. It wasn't registering the IP. But yeah there should be a way, I was just having technical issues with it.

I didn't see a way to set it up on Java without running a local server. Is there? I prefer Java, but it seemed like a lot of hours of work to get a server set up.

Minecraft bedrock works over lan, I enjoy playing with my brother. Not exactly pvp though...

They're made specifically to deal with high electromagnetic flux, so it definitely wouldn't hurt them long term. Best bet would be something higher frequency to mess with the computers.

That's a nice collection!

It's a self reported survey.

Our happiness ranking is based on a single life evaluation question called the Cantril Ladder:

Please imagine a ladder with steps numbered from 0 at the bottom to 10 at the top. The top of the ladder represents the best possible life for you and the bottom of the ladder represents the worst possible life for you. On which step of the ladder would you say you personally feel you stand at this time?

This question is both democratic and universal. Rather than constructing an index from multiple metrics, the Cantril Ladder empowers people to make their own judgements about what matters most, regardless of their culture and background.

The question does not mention concepts like happiness, wellbeing, or satisfaction, so it can be easily translated and understood in many different languages.

Went on a hike, they loved the sticks, so many to chose from!

Apparently the fireworks were added in post.

So many Doritos to choose from.

Interesting plane spotted over Chengdu, looks like a side by side seated trijet.

Ian Davis has been working since he lost his fingers to design and build a mechanical hand. He's now looking for other amputees to help him test the design. It's a really cool project, I love following his progress!

Is there a way to get villagers with separated arms on bedrock? Would I need to write my own addon? I don't see anything built for that currently.

My end goal would be to get villagers to look like dwarfs, like this resource pack.

Tin in solder or some other meals can form spiky crystals when under stress. These whiskers can form short circuits if not properly insulated or not alloyed with other metals.

Apparently reddits nuclear subs are anti nuclear now, as they won't let this video be posted.

Scott Manley video, looks like the hold down claps may have ripped the bottom off the booster, allowing it to take off.

Stunning short film. Seems scarily plausible, we won't lose control of AI, the people in change just won't care enough to control it.

Just make sure to return them when you're done! Maybe even add a new one if you find one.

The one I used was very nice. Has a nice heft all the way down, and was very straight.
