Gule Ærter er en af de fantastiske danske retter, som desværre er gået lidt i glemmebogen. Suppen er kogt på en ribbenssteg, som jeg havde i fryseren fra jul og en medister. Og det blev selvfølgelig serveret med en øl og dram!

Kyllingen er lavet på samme måde (små kyllingestrimler marineret med 1 spsk lys soya, 2 tsk sesamolie og 1/2 tsk sukker mens resten forberedes) men jeg har skiftet grøntsagerne ud med løg, spidskål, gulerod, forårsløg og hvidløg.
I sovsen der tilsættes til sidst har jeg tilsat 1 spsk shaoxing risvin, som er uundværlig i kinesisk madlavning, og som også findes i de fleste andre opskrifter på chow mein.
I forhold til ingredienserne er der 3 (4 inklusiv ægnudler), som du ikke finder i normale butikker, og nok må i et asiatisk supermarked for eller købe det på nettet:
- Lys (kinesisk) soya
- Mørk (kinesisk) soya
- Shaoxing risvin
Lys og mørk soya kan godt erstattes af en japansk soya (kikkoman), men det bliver ikke det samme resultat. Jeg vil anbefale Lee Kum Kees soyaer. Shaoxing risvin kan erstattes af tør sherry, men det bliver heller ikke helt det samme.

As someone who lives in Denmark, where you can't get more than 50 km from the sea, not being to the beach for 5 years just sounds so weird to me. I hope you enjoy it though :)
What I am arguing is that capitalism and (classic) liberalism goes more hand in hand than capitalism and classic conservatism. Also, liberalism does not guarantee nor guarantee the lack of monopolies. Monopolies are the result of economics and the industry's fixed and variable costs.
That being said, I do agree that monopolism is generally bad for society, as it reduces economic welfare (look it up) by generally reducing consumer surplus while increasing monopolist profit by a lower amount, thus creating a dead weight gap.
As a last point, somewhat unrelated, I think that it is an insult to the victims of fascism to call anything you don't like fascism. I know you are not alone with the comparison, but I wish people would stop sorting people as either people they like or fascists. I think that people sometimes forget that the world isn't inhabited entirely by saints and fascists.
