I used to sell shoes for about a decade and I can tell you kid's shoes are 99% of the time lower quality because they are expected to be outgrown, so any regular trainers or runners even in higher end brands like saucony, asics, new balance are not going to last long if she's kicking bricks and such lol.

The composite toe shoes could work but I would still be worried about them hurting themselves from kicking stuff they probably shouldn't be kicking

Have you asked her what she's doing with those shoes? I'm more worried that she's going to break a foot with whatever she's doing.
