Ideally I just wanna lose my gut, I've already started cut back on alcohol and ONLY take two sweet treats in my lunch for work.

Oh and skipping the elevator and rather go up two levels of stairs to my workplace, I find that more rewarding as I think that'll contribute.

Muscle gain wise, I'm starting off with bicep curls and over head press, nothing crazy.

I think I plan to lose the gut and flatten it before I do any sit ups lol.

Thank you for your message.

So since the last 2 days, I've been building the courage up to start doing exercises. I'm starting with weights that were just collecting dust so thought "hell why not, never too late to start getting fit"

Now I'm being realistic knowing that starting off you're not gonna be shredded like a wrestler but I'm just tryna get leaner and fitter body wise.

Is it reasonable for absolute novices to never go to the gym for their exercise and fitness journey? I feel like would be saving some dosh even though I could be missing on some equipment they use there.

A penny for your thoughts?

For me the nostalgia glasses are turned up to the max for Crash Bandicoot.

I love the character designs, and the music is an absolute bop to listen to. (Got the first games theme as my ringtone even at 27!)

And I enjoyed a good challenge with some of its levels. The bosses were neat and I thought it was just an unusual neat idea that you jump on boxes to progress rather than punching a block for a fireflower.

You?

My favourite has got be Mario Kart Wii, it's still got a community and I'd say it is the Melee of Mario kart.

Plenty of good tracks, roster and bopping music.

What about you? What is your favourite Mario kart? I know Double Dash has a soft spot in some people's hearts.

My favourite Metroid game has got to be Zero Mission on the GBA.

A weird choice maybe but it was my first metroid when I played the GBA, I thought the music and atmosphere was kick ass and enjoyed the simple enough controls.

For a 3D Metroid it would be the trilogy on Wii at the time.

What about you?

Yours is pretty hot too I guess.

Not a snob on cooking and food wise, I found this to be a good question when debating my friend over beans on toast (UK here).

He says it doesn't really count as cooking cos you're just buying already produced ingredients to whack in a microwave or pot and that proper cooking is done from scratch.

I argue this is bullshit as you're still USING common cooking equipment to make as something as simple as beans on toast because you still have to watch it not burn or dry out.

What are your thoughts on what counts as proper cooking? Would you say canned soup counts? Or frozen pizza since you're still needing to use an oven and watch the food accordingly?

I'd like to move off from the shackles of the Google menace and transferring my Gmail related accounts over including steam but I'd like some solid advice of any well regarded and better alternatives (including open source if that is possible)

I did search but was unsure of what was best as I did hear some shoddy things about Proton.

Do you know anything that could be the "aegis 2fa" of email providers?

Thank you and have a good day/night.

This is gonna sound like a troll post but i assure you it is not.

I don't have a coding background but I've used Teams in a lot of workplaces and really only encountered like 2 issues entirely.

Either I got seriously lucky or it was before enshittification.

Why do you yourself dislike it? Is it UI? Performance?

I should also say I use Teams for basic purposes like messaging and uploading files, I literally don't touch anything else and performance hadn't been an issue. (Likely because I've been given thicc-ass workstations in the past)

The first Klonoa game on PS1. Always gave me nostalgia that one and Spyro 1 as well, truly nostalgic games of that era

The trailer was pretty cool and I liked the bigger screen. I can't wait to see more of what they will reveal.

And backwards compatible games? That's gonna be a money saver for sure!

Best answer in this thread!

My least favourite day has to be Wednesday because it's still in the middle of the week, you get two more days to battle through and it just feels like it won't ever end.

Monday I can deal with because you know it's only the start, Tuesday it's meh for me.

Thursday I'm okay cos I'm gearing up for Friday and the weekend.

What about you?

A harem of goblin chicks. Simple as.

My favourite chocolate is a british classic, Terry's Chocolate orange.

You get a ball of individual chocolate slices and it tastes pretty nice with that tangy orange after taste.

It's often pretty cheap to get and a staple for many peoples birthdays and celebrations in the UK, you'll always find one on a table or in your kids gift bag.

What about you? What is your favourite and why in the country?

So...you go play them too? Yikes ...

As a British lad, I've been keeping tabs on the news about this guy and the wide support he's getting.

With so much support, surely the public will get him out of jail just to spite the bastard rich kids and their CEO baron fathers?

The Man who was shot allowed a massive corporation to dangle its strings over people's lives, medication being pulled away which is horrifying to me who uses the NHS as my primary medical service for hearing.

What do you think? Will Luigi "The CEO Reaper" Mangione ever get out of prison?

My favourite faction has to be the funny greenskins. The orks are just so chaotic and funny to me, I never get tired of seeing them on screen.

I mean, a bunch of cockney bois slapdashing shit together that shouldn't work, and ACTUALLY being a threat is a interesting concept to me.

And that they love the simple life of krumpin some gitz.

What about you, you zoggin meatsack, what's your faction of choice and why?

My favourite generation is the one I have nostalgia for and the first one i played, Gen 3

Ruby and Sapphire i think had really good pokemon designs especially my favourite legendary Groudon, he looked metal as fuck on my copy of Ruby. I enjoyed the soundtrack from the GBA version and matched the anime based from it, Pokemon Advance.

What is your favourite generation and why? What details makes it stand out for you?

Mirko from the popular My Hero Academia anime/manga series.

She doesn't take crap from anyone and fearlessly goes into battle.
