Some people suggest hosting your own server, buy you dont have to. You can use https://aternos.org to create a server for you and your friends without hosting it in your pc.

This should be netflix but ok.
They could just list both the full price and the price - the ammount of points you have in dollars.
If they can, they probably are.
The server's don't necessarily have to use Microsoft auth, so it can be used with unofficial Minecraft clients.
