Watch this talk, it's funny and explains this well; this isn't a good thing in anyone's opinion, it's just a demonstration of one of many unfortunate design choices in the JavaScript programming language: https://www.destroyallsoftware.com/talks/wat

That's wild, thanks for sharing
No, those coloured lines are just the traffic indicators on Google maps, green just means "traffic flowing normally", red is "traffic jam"
Like organize (alphabetically, but that's not necessary since this is really just a metaphor) something kinda pointless but satisfying like a bookshelf of books or recipes or my assorted drawers of labelled usb cables lol
You incorrectly assume the grift products have to actually do anything. Just give them a few lights and a little fan at the back which spins for a few minutes to make it sound like it's doing anything. Can be super cheap to make, it doesn't even need a heating element!
Tablet, brick, potato
Agree 100%. Also, re. "a third of a house"; I bought an old (1941) but comfortably livable 2 bedroom house with garden and driveway in Columbia, South Carolina for only $86k last year. Most of the cyberfuck owners paid MORE than my house for their dumb cars...
Oofy
Char count for same functionality is still at least double in java vs python. It just feels like a chore to me. jetbrains helped, but still python is just so light
Wow, I'm sorry. Please, consider moving away from the USA before you work yourself to death
Sadly you've been replied to by a bunch of folks who rudely assume a very USA-centric view of the world.
This post is talking about USA politics, where the leader of the country is currently a piece of shit criminal who is allowing billionaires (eg Elon Musk) to do whatever they want and dismantle long established government institutions, under the lie that it's in the best interests of the country.
I'm honestly glad you haven't heard about it, you must have done a better job than me of filtering out US news and rhetoric!
