Well, it's definitely the case for me and for some of my friends/family.
I left Ukraine "legally" (it was before the war, when it was still possible to leave "legally" without paying huge bribes), but some of people I know had to escape "illegally" (some went to the Russia-controlled territories, some escaped through mountains/rivers to Moldova, some were caught..).
Zelensky has already tried to persuade European leaders to deport us, but so far he failed. Still, every once in a while news appear (usually from Baltics/Poland, but sometimes from other countries aa well) about some politician wanting to deport us, so this is quite scary shit.

That would be awesome solution if it were true :)
If you support other people being forced into war, why shouldn't you be forced there as well? Tit for tat.
Probably true as long as he continues to be the dictator of Ukraine. Fingers crossed he will get overthrown soon.
Brutal hypocrisy.
Feel free to expand on that, Lemmy's character limit is slightly more than your 3 words comment ;)
Inb4 censorship from liberals is not censorship, it is fighting the far right misinformation and removing harmful content or whatever.

No no, you clearly don't get it. Obviously it's Russia who needs a ceasefire, they are not advancing as fast as some time before, so it means that Ukraine is winning! And it's definitely not like Zelensky's regime needs time to resupply and kidnap more cannon fodder from the streets.
Russia is winning?? That's factually wrong, just look at the map! Ukraine has recaptured almost 20km2 in Donbass in the last few weeks! And don't tell me about the loss of almost 300km2 in Kursk in the same period of time, it's obviously just a regrouping and moving to better positions.
