Cattle Country, a completely unique stardew-esque game set in the wild west. It feels way more in depth and polished than Stardew, and you can be attacked by random wildlife and even outlaws lol

What's your budget? There are a lot of options to narrow down. I have an amazing unit that was around 400 bucks but you can find reliable ones a quarter of that price, or 4x.

Sorry if this has been discussed before. I have been thinking about how fucked my family will be once he really starts rounding us up..and it hit me that the tariffs are likely not the incentive, but rather removing any options for people like me to escape.

I cant say i blame canada for hating us, but some of us really do not deserve what is going to happen to us. I live in fear in a way that i thought i had escaped when i escaped my extremist birth family and religion. I feel angry, scared, and helpless to protect myself and my partner.

Sorry it got dark. But i'm curious to know what others think of this.

Question about quickstep launcher (lemm.ee)
 

I hope this is the right place for this. I just set up my new Titan Pocket and things are going pretty smoothly, except that the native launcher (quickstep) keeps overriding the one i installed (Niagara).

I have disabled all permissions for the former, but i cant disable or uninstall the app. Niagara has all default permissions and background data enabled.

Any idea what to try next? I'm very particular about my phone interface, i need to fix this lol. TIA

(I have no experience rooting my phones etc)

why are fax machines still used by medical systems? (lemm.ee)
 

I'll admit, I'm pretty frustrated right now lol. me and my doctor have been trying to submit a referral to a specialist but for the last several weeks, when i call them, they still haven't gotten it yet. they told me it's because they only have one fax machine so it refuses any incoming faxes if it's in the middle of printing a different one.

my problem is, why haven't we come up with a more modern and secure way of sending medical files?!?! am i crazy for thinking this is a super unprofessional and unnecessary barrier to care?

luckily I'm mobile enough to drive a physical copy to their location, but not everybody who needs to see this type of doctor can do that, nor should they have to.
