What more power will a government shutdown give trump, than what he's already taken for himself? Republicans in Congress already will let him do whatever he wants, he is already defying the judicial branch, he has full dictator level power in the government at the moment. And Schumer voted to continue that status quo instead of changing it.
Photoshop has had this capability for 15+ years. Non issue and no reason. For this article to exist, but like everything that happened with photography and then photoshop, we get the same news cycle yet again.
