The land of the penguins

This study is from a US non-profit called Network Contagion Research Institute with everything that you would expect from it.

The Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) provides pioneering technology, research, and analysis to identify and forecast cyber-social threats targeting individuals, organizations, and communities. The NCRI is committed to empowering partners to become proactive in protecting themselves against false narratives that create rifts of distrust that impact institutions, capital markets, public health, and safety.

(Emphasis mine)

The reports on their website are indicative of their staunch anticommunism, especially when it comes to "CCP" (aka the Communist Party of China):

Their list of strategic advisors is also indicative of their political tendencies:

People who make fun of LLMs most often do get LLMs and try to point out how they tend to spew out factually incorrect information, which is a good thing since many many people out there do not, in fact, "get" LLMs (most are not even acquainted with the acronym, referring to the catch-all term "AI" instead) and there is no better way to make a precaution about the inaccuracy of output produced by LLMs –however realistic it might sound– than to point it out with examples with ridiculously wrong answers to simple questions.

Edit: minor rewording to clarify
