For all languages I have learned so far 'squirrel' is really hard to pronounce for non-native speakers.

English: squirrel

French: écureuil

And the germans kill it with: Eichhörnchen

I once read that folding regular "good" steel is actually decreasing it's quality because you start hammering out the carbon (?).

Take this with a grain of salt though, I can't remember the source. Would be nice if someone with actual knowledge in metallurgy could confirm this

I also don't know if my kimchi has any chance of competing with real Korean kimchi. (Probably not, but it's still fun to do)

I open it every now and then to release the pressure and put it into the fridge after a week or so. That said, the jars are maybe not ideal, but it works good enough for me.

From what I read bad planning, economic crisis and earth quakes.

To me, it's more crazy that some people actually do live in this cities, according to this article.
