Really wish people would stop trying to make these sports stars moral role models. They're here to drive cars faster and better than anyone else and not be moral paragons for children to look up to.

Just because this guy likes to get pegged every 7th race by his team doesn't mean we should try to change him because little Timmy's parents don't like men taking it in the butt. We should celebrate all the choices he's made that have developed him into the unique driver we all know and love today.

What's his strategy for fighting a Southpaw Priest?

Oh yuck.

Just a FYI, the turds at Longdue making "Hopetown" are suing Argo Tuulik one of the lead writers for the OG Disco Elysium in some lame effort to snuff out any competition from Argo's own project.

Luckily the community has really rallied behind him so things are looking up. Still I wouldn't give Longdue/Riaz Moola/Hopetown (ugh what kind of hack came up with that name?) any more positive press because they sure as hell don't deserve it :o

Love these! Reading the bit about Sierra gave me big nostalgia vibes.

Star Control 2 - it's a mix of RPG storytelling with zany aliens mixed with Asteroids style PvP arcade gameplay. Like Ham and Cantaloupe, you think the combination wouldn't work but it just somehow does. The writing and lore of the whole universe is just super rich and really immerses you into the whole universe.

Is this really considered news? Hearing about this guy or his has-been actress wife is only slightly less interesting than hearing about the next geriatric Paul Logan is planning to beat up.

For a Pulitzer prize winner to come up with "Bone Valley" as a title really makes you think 🤭

It's actually more efficient if you put the tea in the water first before microwaving! Tea steeps while you're waiting for the ding hehue :>

As the Frenchman prepared to relinquish his pole, his own manhood grazed the bar with enough force to send it crashing to the floor, thus ending his hopes of a medal.

Star Control 2 was a seminal gaming experience for me in my younger days and I'm pretty pumped about a proper sequel to it from the original creators, Fred Ford and Paul Reiche III, after so many years!

After the lackluster "sequels" (Star Control 3 and Star Control: Origins) that were made largely without the original developers input, I had pretty much given up the franchise for dead till now.

Still like 27 days to go on their Kickstarter at the time of this posting so get on the Frungy hype train while you can!

For those of you not in the know, you can get Star Control 2 for free on Steam and see what the pinnacle of DOS adventure gaming was all about :D
