Wait isn't it that they changed from three unlocks a year to only one device per Mi account a year. As far as I know you can still unlock one single device a year

You cannot just say this is a ROCK! What type of rock, is it igneous, sedimentary or metamorphic rock, then what rock is it, is it granite or norite. And what is the damn mineralogy, are there any feldspars or over identifiers

How has no one mentioned Karl Urban yet, criminal. Apart from fantasy and superhero films, his sci-fi films like Doom, Judge Dredd, Star Trek, Riddick

Agree, but many huge body actors have basically laid the path for success. The rock has followed the win/lose ratio of 50/50 to not make himself seem boring. Then you have Arnold Schwarzenegger that was very successful taking risks with talented directors. But if I have to choose an actor with a big body who I feel is breaking the mold it is Dave Batista. Man that guy really became an acting force. I feel he has done an amazing job playing Thad Castle and that definitely showed he is not just a boring brute. I think he is right being an unbeatable brute will damage his image if that is all that happens, I loved Reacher because he is put in impossible situations but uses his wit instead of his body to escape the situation. That's what made Reacher interesting. Yes we know he can fight but Reacher was two steps ahead. I think the last two seasons have been focusing more on physicality instead of ingenuity, not to say there hasn't been any.

Don't you guys have Steve Irwin's crocodiles. Where they not the natural predators of kangaroos, I assume most of them have been removed from most rivers to more natural protected areas?

Or like the Tasmanian Tiger, even though they look a bit small, but if there were packs of them, or dingoes. Look I believe humans have disrupted the natural forces keeping Australia's fauna and flora in equilibrium, just like almost everywhere else. I think you also have an alien toad that is also wrecking havoc on your ecosystem, where I am really in favour of ethical thought out method of eliminating invasive alien species.

I am a vegan, well for now maybe it changes maybe it doesn't since I believe everything should be looked at as rationally as one is able to, but I still see hunting wild animals in certain situations being ethical. Where I am from, South Africa, hunting has basically supported environments that are kept as natural as possible, so the wild life has to be sustainable , and it supports all the other animals that also live on the farm that cannot be hunted. There are bad, really bad situations where this was not the case, cage lion hunting being an awful example. But yeah the animal really does live its life in its natural environment, and when hunted usually killed in a quick manner, usually not always, similar as if it was hunted by lions or crocodiles.

It is a difficult point, since I do not ever want to hunt, but I see the benefits of hunting. I know there might be obvious shortcomings in my view, but OP, with this one you have my semi vote of approval. But with all things we should make rational ethical decisions where it does not lead to suffering or exploitation of the beings involved. Maybe Australia can support a bigger number of kangaroos than what the government says, remember they are not always to be trusted. But maybe the natural predators of kangaroos have been eradicated and now human culling needs to put pressure to keep sustainable populations. I cannot give you the answers but hopefully a conversation can begin. I tried to be open as you asked OP

It is called equity equivalents, this is where you don't give away equity but basically still pay as if you are, hence I admit royalties are maybe not the right word but for my it is similar. Unlike other international tech companies like Google or Microsoft in our country that pays equity equivalents, the telecommunications requirements are equity or slice of your business.

I admit it is not royalties, it's called something else not sure what, word that came to my mind. But basically an equivalent of paying similar money but without giving away equity or ownership.

Funny enough, I do believe our BEE laws in South Africa should be scrapped. According to our news he offered to pay 26% in royalties, like Google does for example in South Africa, but did not agree to give away equity. The BEE laws are basically a way for politically connected ANC members to get a slice of the pie, does not one bit help the majority of people here.

Look Elon is a shit, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. There also needs to be empowerment laws, I say to poor citizens not based on any race laws, even though the majority of extremely poor people are black, coloured indian, mixed....., but not ones that mostly filter to the politically connected like the current BEE laws favour.

Even though I have never played fable, giving them time is never a bad thing. Industry is known to push an unreasonable time for game developers to create a game, leading to extreme working hours, then everyone says how they can force these developers such slave conditions. But then complaints are then nowhere to be seen when they say the games needs to be delayed

Is there a better way to heat up my geyser that uses borehole water? The area I live in has no reliable water unless you drill a borehole. Every three months I change out my copper elements in my geyser. I am just asking since it is a pain in the butt

Hopefully I am in the right community.

So I have a router, a TP Link Archer AX53, nice router. I wanted to improve the signal in my room and bought a TP link Deco X10. So CAT 6 cable to my room, connect my router and deco.

I thought this might just be a quick tick to add the deco as a mesh device and boom problem sorted.

Now I know this is not a simple WiFi 6 mesh setup, seems like the deco and archer modem does not work together, they make their individual network points.

Does anyone know a solution or am I stuck with two networks. Not end of the world but would have been nice if it can be one mesh network

I was always on Linux since Varsity but two years ago when I bought a gaming Laptop, it had Windows 11 on and worked great. I thought I would give it a chance and it was great especially for gaming. Luckily a lot of the open source software I was used to were available on windows. I also liked some of the Linux tools like the cmd tools being adopted by windows.

But yesterday, after two years of seeing issues pile up and the system degrading, I thought how is the grass back on the other side, since I am sick of this shit. Installed my go to distro, Mint, and god what a fucking idiot I feel like. Even if Windows improved since I used it back from 8, but how much has Linux improved in these last two years, like eons compared to windows. My system is smooth and fast, hell my Cyberpunk 2077 runs amazing, even better and less crashing with nothing more than install and no other settings from steam. Chef's kiss
